Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Thinkubator Media Studio ("the Studio", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. The Studio is a paid subscription web app operated by Thinkubator Media.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your email address and name.
  • Profile details: information you choose to enter about yourself, your work and your organization.
  • Agent conversations and uploads: what you type, paste or upload while using the Studio's agents and tools, and the responses they produce.
  • Usage and cost logs: which tools you use, when, how often, and the processing cost of each request. We use these to run daily limits, keep the service reliable and plan capacity.
  • Billing details: subscriptions are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive limited information such as your plan, payment status and the last digits of your card.
  • Technical information: basic details your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to record agreement acceptance.

2. How we use it

  • To create and run your account and subscription.
  • To provide the agents and tools you ask for, including tailoring them to your profile and voice.
  • To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
  • To send account emails, such as invitations, sign-in links and password resets.
  • To answer support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations to advertise to you.

3. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Studio:

  • Supabase: hosting for accounts, data and authentication emails.
  • Resend: delivery of account and service emails.
  • Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
  • Anthropic and Lovable AI: processing of agent and helper requests to generate responses.
  • Lovable: hosting of the web application.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

4. How long we keep it

  • Agent sessions are deleted 30 days after your last activity in them, or sooner if you delete them.
  • Account and profile details are kept while your account is active.
  • Billing and agreement records may be kept longer where we need them for accounting, tax or legal reasons.

5. Your choices

You can update your profile at any time, delete your own sessions, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them.

6. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and limits on who can see your data. No online service can guarantee complete security.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. When we make meaningful changes, you will be asked to review and accept it again.
