Data Protection Policy

This policy describes how Thinkubator Media protects the personal information held in Thinkubator Media Studio. It should be read alongside the Privacy Policy.

1. Principles

We aim to:

  • Collect only the information the Studio needs to work.
  • Use information only for the purposes we have described.
  • Keep information accurate and no longer than necessary.
  • Protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

2. Data we hold

  • Account email and name.
  • Profile details members enter.
  • Agent conversations and uploaded files.
  • Usage and cost logs.
  • Subscription and payment status from Stripe (no card numbers).
  • Records of agreement acceptance, including time and IP address.

3. Access controls

  • Each member can see only their own sessions, uploads and profile.
  • Studio administrators can view account, subscription and usage records needed to run and support the service.
  • Conversation records are written by our servers, not directly by browsers, so they cannot be altered by others.
  • Daily usage limits and request size limits help prevent abuse.

4. Processors

We use Supabase (data hosting and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and Lovable AI (AI processing) and Lovable (application hosting). We choose providers that publish their own security practices, and we share only what each needs to perform its service.

5. AI processing

When you use an agent, the relevant parts of your conversation, profile and uploads are sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Review AI output before you rely on it.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Agent sessions are deleted 30 days after your last activity, or sooner if you delete them.
  • On request, we will delete your account and associated personal information, except records we must keep for accounting, tax or legal reasons.

7. Incidents

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will investigate, take steps to contain it, and notify affected members without undue delay.

8. Your requests

To access, correct, export or delete your information, email team@thinkubatormedia.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

9. Changes

We will update this policy as the Studio changes. Members will be asked to accept meaningful changes.
